Equipment Description
The heating chamber of Low Temperature Aluminum Vacuum Brazing Furnace is installed in the furnace body and is composed of multiple heating resistors and insulation layers. The heating resistors form 28 heating zones through the connection of the external electrodes of the furnace body and the cables. Each zone is powered by a set of SCR voltage regulating power circuit: The furnace body is a double-layer water-cooled jacket structure, on which the functional parts of the brazing furnace are welded, and a vacuum chamber is formed with the front and rear furnace doors. The front and rear furnace doors are also double-layer water-cooled jacketed structures, which are respectively installed on the furnace door car that can be translated along the vertical direction of the furnace body axis. The furnace door can also be driven by the cylinder along the furnace body on the furnace door car. The translation in the axial direction and the translation in the two directions of the furnace door enable the furnace door to be opened and closed.
Features
The structure of the Low Temperature Aluminum Vacuum Brazing Furnace should be advanced and reasonable in design, the heating elements are evenly arranged along the circumference of the heating chamber 360 degrees, the temperature uniformity is high, and the high-power and high-speed vacuum unit is adopted. The vacuum recovery time is short. With zoned temperature control, it has small deformation of the workpiece, and high production efficiency. It is stable and reliable mechanical action with simple operation and flexible input of programming process to realize low costs. It can be manually/semi-automatically/automatically controlled, and faults will be automatically alarmed/displayed. It can meet the requirements of vacuum brazing of typical parts provided by users and quenching of the aforementioned materials.

Application
It is mainly used for vacuum brazing of aluminum based materials and all kinds of tube-fin and bar-plate full-aluminum heat exchangers, stainless steel vacuum flask (vacuum cup) after the processing, the work pieces will have the bright surface and no oxidation. The control system was controlled by PLC, Manual or Auto undisturbed switches and alarm function for abnormal condition, high automation, and easy operation.
