Introduction

It is a multi-element alloy with iron, carbon and silicon as the main constituent elements, and contains more impurities such as manganese, sulfur, and phosphorus than carbon steel. Sometimes in order to improve the mechanical properties or physical and chemical properties of cast iron, a certain amount of alloying elements can be added to obtain alloyed cast iron. This product is obtained by remelting pig iron in a furnace and adding ferroalloys, scrap steel, etc. to adjust the composition. Unlike pig iron, it has excellent castability through secondary processing and can be made into complex parts. This product has good machinability. In addition, it has good abrasion resistance and shock absorption, but it is inexpensive.
